Au revoir, myOpenID - Thanks for the memories

OpenID promised to make it so I'd only ever have to remember one password - at a time when that was not even a remote possibility. Fortunately, the possibilities are many today, and now OpenID as its own, separate ID/login-only platform, is no longer necessary.
